You must not submit passwords, payment card numbers, government IDs, sensitive child data, medical information, payroll data, or other regulated data unless the relevant Cizonet product and your contract expressly permit that processing and you have implemented appropriate safeguards.

You may not attempt unauthorized access, privilege escalation, account takeover, data exfiltration, service disruption, credential stuffing, denial-of-service attacks, or vulnerability testing outside the limits of our Security Policy. You must report suspected vulnerabilities or unauthorized access promptly.
We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, suspend users, suspend workspaces, block integrations, limit traffic, disable features, preserve evidence, notify affected customers, contact law enforcement, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Services, users, customers, Cizonet, or third parties.
We may consider the severity, intent, risk, repeat behavior, legal obligations, customer impact, and cooperation when deciding enforcement action.
